Begin the online application process by first creating an account. You will receive an email containing a verification link, and once you have verified your email address you select Create a New Student Application.
NOTE: If you have a RenWeb account at another school, once you click the "Create an Account" button below, go to the top right of the page to "Application" to sign-in with your login information.
For families who already have an account because they have a current FLA student, simply log into your family portal, go to APPLY / ENROLL on the left side navigation, then click on Enrollment / Reenrollment and follow the steps.
During the application process, you will be asked to upload the following documents:
Copy of Birth Certificate
Most current report card and test scores
IEP/504 plans, if applicable
Two Recommendations Required
Two recommendations are also required for your application to go to the Admissions Committee. As you are completing the online application it will ask you for the name and email address of two referrals. Recommendation criteria is as follows:
One Administrator (Principal, Vice-principal, or Guidance Counselor)
One Math or English Teacher
Our online application system will automatically notify each person listed to be a referral. Once the referral form is complete and submitted back to the school you will receive a notification email.
Once these items are complete and all documentation received, your application will be taken to the Admissions Committee and you will receive an email regarding your application status. If you receive an Enrollment Packet email, this means you are invited to complete the next steps in the enrollment process.
STEP 2: Enrollment Packet Email & Freshmen Class Placement Testing
Sign up for Class Placement Testing (Freshmen Applicants Only). Once your application has been review and selected to continue with the enrollment process, you will receive an Enrollment Packet Email. In this email you will be asked to:
Log into the FACTS Family Portal (ParentWeb) and upload the following documents:
Current Physical
Immunization Records
Insurance Card
Sign up for Assessment Testing (Freshmen Applicants Only)
Complete Fine Art / Vocational Class Selection
Once all of this is completed you will receive your acceptance letter. Acceptance letters
will start going out the end of March 2024.
STEP 3: Financial Contract and Class Schedule
Once the student has been accepted:
FINANCIAL CONTRACT: Contact the Business Office by calling 407-862-8411 or
emailing linda.acosta@forestlake.org, however, financial contracts will begin being prepared starting June 17. You will be emailed a contract when completed. You can either sign the contract and return electronically, or you can schedule an appointment to review it in-person.

STEP UP FOR STUDENTS: We accept all Step Up for Student scholarships no matter your income level. You must have the Step Up application completed and provide an award letter when you come to sign your financial contract. The Step Up application generally takes two weeks to process.
FACTS GRANT/SHARE THE DREAM: You will also find information regarding the FACTS Grant and the Share the Dream Scholarship. You must complete the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment to be considered for both the FACTS Grant and the Share the Dream Scholarship. The Share the Dream Scholarship requires additional paperwork. You will find the link on the webpage. The deadline for these scholarships is July 15, 2024. Scholarship funds are limited, so do not delay.
CLASS SCHEDULE: Once your financial contract has been signed a class schedule will be prepared for your student and can be found on ParentsWeb when completed. A final report card/transcript musts be submitted in order to create a schedule.
